Preorder terms

What a preorder is

A preorder reserves one or more metaspace Vaults at the price shown at checkout. Vaults ship in the order preorders were placed.

When you are charged

Nothing is charged when you place a preorder, and no card details are taken. When your Vault is ready to ship, we email you to confirm your shipping address and collect your card securely, for the price shown at checkout plus any tax due where it ships.

If the price of the Vault changes before it ships, we ask you before charging anything, and you can cancel at no cost.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before you are charged, for any reason. Message @metaspace_fi on X or reply to any email about your preorder, with your preorder reference (it starts with MS-).

If we cannot ship your Vault, we cancel your preorder and nothing is charged.

Returns

You can return an unused Vault within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the payment method you were charged.

Shipping

Shipping is free. At launch the Vault ships to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Singapore and Japan.
